Who We Are

Architects Pacific, Inc. (API) Since our inception, Architects Pacific, Inc. has grown in the number of employees, diversifying into planning, space programming, interiors, and furnishings.  The architects and staff possess the necessary skills required in this field.  However, similar to many industries, API transitioned from pencils and paper to computers and printers.  CAD became an essential skill at API since the early ‘90s and continues through to this day.  With the explosion of the digital era, CAD is only one of many tools used to enhance the staff’s abilities and productivity as well as allows us to offer additional services.  API strives to incorporate the latest technology has to offer, yet retaining the skills for good and sensible designs.  Both architects and staff members are involved with all facets of a project from the initial design stages through completion.  API's staff is self motivated and independently driven, this enhances the firm’s capacity to deliver projects on time.  API has done several multimillion dollar projects.  This is credited to the staff’s skills and dedication.  API has designed several large projects, such as the Inter-Island Terminal Complex ($150 Million), Queen Emmalani Tower ($70 Million), Hale Kewalo ($60 Million).  The project manager establishes a clear understanding of the scope of work and the client's needs.   To keep projects on track, Architects Pacific, Inc. develops a schedule with milestones and deadlines for each information gathering tasks and submissions.  Outside Consultants and Engineers are vital to the success for any project and are selected based on past performance and capability.
